Official Sweepstakes Rules
**Eligibility:**
The Email & SMS Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to all United States residents who are 18 years of age or older. Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria and abide by the rules set forth below. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
**Entry Period:**
The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Wednesday August 16, 2023 and ends on August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST ("Entry Period"). Any entries received after this date and time will not be considered and will roll into the next month's Sweepstakes.
**How to Enter:**
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps, each of which will count as an entry:
1. Sign up for the email list using the designated special link.
2. Sign up for SMS notifications using the designated special link.
**Additional Entry Methods:**
In addition to the mandatory entries listed above, participants can gain additional entries through the following methods:
- Tag friends in the comments section of the designated post.
- Comment with the phrase "❤️🔥" on the designated post.
- Share the designated post on their Instagram stories and tag @islynyc.
**Prize Details:**
Four winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive a $100 gift card that is redeemable exclusively on our online store. The gift card has no expiry date. The prizes are sponsored soley by I Still Love You NYC Inc.
**Winner Selection:**
Winners will be randomly selected oTuesday September 5, 2023 and will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The potential winners will have 48 hours to respond to the notification, confirming their eligibility and providing any required information.
**Privacy and Marketing:**
By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to ISLY NYC collecting and using their information for marketing communications. Any information collected will be handled in accordance with I Still Love You NYC Inc's privacy policy.
**Sponsorship:**
This Sweepstakes is hosted by I Still Love You NYC Inc and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes. Additionally, entrants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, and they agree to abide by Instagram's terms of use.
**No Purchase Necessary:**
Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is free to enter.
**Geographic Restrictions:**
The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States.
